FAQ 1. SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIME:
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship, at the earliest, the following Monday. If you desire shipment before that time, please contact us at simpsol@yahoo.com to request a faster shipping time.
There are rare occasions when an item may no longer be available; you will be notified within 48 hours if an item is on back order or out of stock.
Our average delivery time is 4–7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 days for delivery.
For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via expedited service. Please contact customer service at simpsol@yahoo.com for expedited shipping options and charges.
Please note that customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery.
Our shipping price is a set fee of $5.99 per order for all orders within the Continental United States, regardless of the size of the order.
International shipments are charged at the exact rate we are changed. After placing your order, please email us at simpsol@yahoo.com to obtain a shipping quote. If you do not desire to proceed with the order at that time, it will be cancelled at no charge to you. If you do desire to proceed, the shipping charges will be added to your total at time of processing.
Many of our items are hand-finished at the time of the order and may take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
We normally ship orders via U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, in order to keep our shipping rates low. Please understand that packages shipped via U.S. Postal Service cannot be tracked but we do request a delivery confirmation from the Postal Service.
2. MAIL ORDERS. We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order. When sending us your order, please be sure to include all product information (name of product, size, color/style), and shipping information (name, address, phone number and email address). Also be sure to add the necessary shipping charges to your total purchase.
For Texas residents, sales tax of 8.25% must also be added. Please understand that orders paid for with a check will take additional time, as these orders are not shipped until your check has cleared. Please send any mail orders with payment to:

3. GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
Exceptions: Personalized items and custom order items are NOT exchangeable or returnable.
All sales and clearance merchandise are final sales, no refunds, credits or exchanges. With respect to holiday merchandise, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be allowed after the holidays.
If you are in doubt about sizing, please contact us at simpsol@yahoo.com before purchase and we will be more than happy to assist you in selecting the appropriate size.
Please note the following important information regarding exchanges and returns.
We will promptly exchange any item or issue a store credit (not including shipping charges or a 3% restocking fee to cover our fees for credit card handling) when you return it within 30 days of receipt in its original, brand new, unused condition with all tags still attached. If the original tags are not attached, we cannot accept the merchandise for exchange or credit. Exchanges are subject to a shipping expense for the new item.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email and tell us if you prefer an exchange or store credit. Then, simply repackage the item in its original, brand new, tags still attached condition and ship your item prepaid, insured, and traceable to the following address:

If your item has been shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned or exchanged. We cannot ensure proper credit if an item is returned without our prior notification. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
Custom Orders: Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable and may be charged at the time the order is processed. If you have any questions or just don’t feel comfortable placing your order online: Call us at 832-721-1384.
4. STORE CREDIT: You may redeem your credit within one year of the issue date by entering your credit code in the “Coupon Code” field (located on the main page of our web site). Please note that your order amount, not including shipping or tax, must equal or exceed the amount of your credit. |
